About the Job & Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments and business functions.
Supervise teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance and support staff development.
Plan operational targets, track progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Coordinate with sales, finance, HR, logistics, suppliers and customers to address operational needs.
Improve work processes, productivity, quality standards and internal reporting. Support business development, customer relationships and import-export operational coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate operational records

Eligibility & Requirements
Education:



B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience Level: Fresher/ Experienced
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to work in office in Kolkata.

Required Skill Sets
Experience in team management, operations, business administration or a similar supervisory role.
Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, planning and cross-functional coordination.
Knowledge of trading, supply chain or import-export operations is an added advantage
