Job Description:

Title: Supply Chain Executive

Department: Supply Chain

Job Profile and Responsibilities

● Prepare order confirmations, sales invoices and packing lists in Tally

● Coordinate with clients to receive signed confirmation of sales order

● Cross-check sales order issued with purchase order issued by client

● Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documents including packing list, invoice,

shipping bill, regulatory declarations

● Maintain records on duty drawback, and MEIS credit on export shipments

● Maintain physical and digital records of pre-shipment & post-shipment documents

● Coordinate with CHA for road transport, shipping container and vessel





Candidate Profile

● Prior experience in Export Documentation is compulsory / CHA work background will be

an added advantage.

● Ability to draft email communication for US and European international clients

● Proficient in MS Excel

● Positive time management and organisation skills

● Graduate degree from reputed and recognized University in India

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
