A Mechatronics Engineer designs, builds, and maintains smart electro-mechanical systems by combining mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, and control theory.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Modeling: Create 3D CAD models, schematics, and agile system simulations using tools like SolidWorks, Fusion 360, MATLAB, or Simulink.
Hardware & Software Integration: Interface sensors, actuators, and servo drives with microcontrollers, PLCs, or embedded processors.
Control Systems: Develop, tune, and validate control algorithms (such as PID and motion control).
Prototyping & Testing: Build physical prototypes, conduct stress or leak tests, and run root-cause analysis on electro-mechanical failures.
Optimization & AI: Implement data-driven updates, predictive maintenance,



or AI/ML-based diagnostic tools into automation workflows

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
Programming in C/C++, Python, MATLAB, or Simulink
Experience with communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN)
Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and circuit troubleshooting (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
