Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Junior Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, explain our products or services, and support the team in meeting its outreach goals.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products, services, offers, or relevant information clearly.
Understand customer needs and respond to basic questions.
Record call details, customer feedback, and follow-up actions accurately.
Follow up with interested customers and share qualified leads with the relevant team.
Maintain a polite, qualified manner on every call.




Meet agreed calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role.
Valuable spoken communication skills in Kannada and English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain call records.
Patient, confident, and willing to learn.
Ability to work toward team targets.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
