We are looking for a Sales Representative to visit hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes in Delhi-NCR and promote RVSH Consultancy’s medical staffing services, including doctor, RMO, SR, anesthetist, and nursing manpower placement.

Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals and meet administrators, HR, purchase teams, and doctors.
Identify staffing requirements and generate current business leads.
Share proposals, quotations, and service details.
Follow up with clients and coordinate with the internal team for closures.
Maintain daily visit and lead reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Graduate; healthcare/pharma sales experience preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of hospital staffing or medical terminology is an advantage.
Willing to travel across Delhi-NCR.

Salary: Fixed + incentives + travel reimbursement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
