Working Hours: General Shift

Job Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical Problems.

Maintain CNC/VMC machines, including:

Spindle and spindle motor, Servo motors and drives Ball screws, Linear guides, Linear guides, Coolant systems, Lubrication systems, Sensors and switches, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Maintain breakdown reports, PM checklists and maintenance records.
Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production and Quality departments for machine-related issues.
Support installation, commissioning and trial runs of current CNC/VMC machines.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and company maintenance standards

Required Technical Skills:
CNC/VMC machine troubleshooting




Electrical and mechanical maintenance
Ability to maintain maintenance records
