Loan10Minute is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Collection Executive with experience in loan collections and recovery within the NBFC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments.
Handle collection calls and payment reminders.
Negotiate with customers and resolve payment-related queries.
Achieve assigned collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups and recovery status.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in loan collection/recovery.
Payday Loan NBFC experience preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid follow-up, convincing, and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
