Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, features, and offers to customers.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum qualification:



12th pass or graduate.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
Confidence in handling customer calls and objections.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
Freshers can apply; telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
