Key Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Management
Contact current leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on their needs, budget, and booking interest.
Give preliminary details to direct walk-ins and direct call inquiries, who inquire about wedding services.
Client Communication
Call and follow up with potential clients.
Understand their wedding dates, guest count, preferences, and budget.
Explain the company's services and packages.
Schedule client meetings and venue visits when required.
Sales and Business Conversion
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing and packages with clients.
Convert inquiries into confirmed wedding bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build Business Partnerships
Develop relationships with wedding venues, hotels, banquet halls, photographers, caterers, decorators, and makeup artists.
Connect with event planners and other wedding vendors.
Create partnerships that generate regular business referrals.
Client Follow-up and Coordination




Maintain records of leads and client conversations.
Follow up on pending quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with the wedding planning, operations, and marketing teams.
Help ensure a smooth transition from booking to wedding execution.
Market Research and Revenue Growth
Study competitors, wedding trends, and customer preferences.
Identify recent business opportunities and target markets.
Track sales performance and prepare daily or weekly reports.
Suggest strategies to increase bookings and company revenue.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
