Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for construction projects, ensuring timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and maintain robust supplier relationships.
Compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
Coordinate with Site, Store, Accounts, and Project teams for material requirements and approvals.
Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline; preferably Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
5–8 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
Valuable knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, negotiation, and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
