Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and tour packages.
Arrange hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers, and complete tour arrangements.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, and international travel suppliers.
Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into bookings.
Explain package inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, and travel terms.
Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in travel agency or holiday package sales preferred.
Knowledge of international destinations such as Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.
Valuable communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and WhatsApp.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and achieve sales targets.
