Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, develop institutional and corporate partnerships, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth through field sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to establish partnerships and secure business meetings.
Identify opportunities for training programs, software solutions, and institutional consulting services.
Conduct field visits to corporate offices, business establishments, and potential clients.




Attend business expos, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and develop business relationships.
Schedule client meetings, understand business requirements, and introduce relevant solutions.
Manage lead pipelines, follow-ups, client databases, and field activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, presentations, and business conversions.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in field sales, B2B business development, or lead generation.
Experience in institutional sales, education sector, IT/software sales, or business consulting preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to independently arrange meetings and generate qualified business leads.
Comfortable with field visits, networking, and client meetings.
Skilled presentation and a target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
