Job Description – HR Recruiter

Industry: Metal Recycling / Manufacturing

Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Recent Delhi, India

Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management (HR)

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Salary: As per Interview + PF + Medical Benefits

Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and manufacturing positions.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on selection status.
Manage salary discussions, offer letters, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with candidates and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding.
Support HR documentation and other recruitment-related activities as required.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment is preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate relationship management skills.
