We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Product Expert to present and explain real estate projects to prospective clients, highlighting project features, specifications, amenities, layouts, and USPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain project details, floor plans, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
Conduct engaging project presentations and property walkthroughs.
Handle client queries and provide accurate project-related information.
Highlight the project’s unique selling points and luxury offerings.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and client engagement.
Maintain updated knowledge of project specifications,
market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; real estate or sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid product knowledge and the ability to influence client decisions.
Confident, well-groomed, and qualified personality.
Experience in premium or luxury real estate will be an added advantage.
