About The Wellness Shop:

The Wellness Shop is a growing D2C beauty, skincare, and wellness brand. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, Excel sheets, and candidate databases.
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.




Support daily HR operations and other HR-related activities.

Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Interest in recruitment and Human Resources.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting.
