Job Responsibilities
Inspect glass bottle moulds and components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Measure dimensions using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
Check dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and surface finish of machined components.
Record inspection measurements and maintain quality inspection reports.
Identify dimensional deviations and report defects to the QC Supervisor.
Coordinate with the CNC machining and production teams to ensure product quality.
Maintain measuring instruments properly and ensure accurate inspection practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Practical experience in using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
Experience in mould inspection or precision machining is an advantage.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
