Qualification required: Any Graduate
Experience : Call Centre / BPO experience / Hospital front desk
To attend to internal & external customers for hospital support services.
Ensure the request is passed & completed in minimum possible time.
To follow up with concerned service department for possible time.
To provide excellent service to patients & attendants.
To minimize the laps time in services being provided.
Maintain and update the records / requests.
Any other tasks assigned by the HOD and the management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
