We’re Hiring: HR Executive – Recruitment

Location: Mohali, Punjab

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
