Job Summary

Universal Education School is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage the school's social media presence, create engaging content, and promote school activities, events, achievements, and initiatives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Plan and execute social media calendars, campaigns, and content strategies.
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional content.
Cover school events, activities, celebrations, and student achievements.
Coordinate with school branches, teachers, and management to collect content.
Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, hashtags, and digital marketing practices.
Ensure consistent branding and communication across all school branches.
Coordinate with the design and video teams for creative content production.
Travel to different school branches along the Western Line for event coverage and content creation, whenever required.





Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline; a degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Canva, and social media analytics.
Content Skills: Robust writing, caption creation, creativity, and visual storytelling abilities.
Communication: Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Travel: Must be comfortable travelling to school branches along Mumbai's Western Line as required.
Additional Advantage: Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills.

A creative, organised, and trend-aware skilled who can independently manage social media activities, capture school events, and strengthen the digital presence of Universal Education School.
