About the Prospect
A fast-growing industrial manufacturing and automation firm headquartered in India, we engineer precision mechanical systems for global infrastructure, energy, and smart manufacturing clients. Our teams drive innovation in product design, lifecycle validation, and production scalability—working at the intersection of mechanical engineering, materials science, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Role & Responsibilities
Design, model, and validate mechanical components and assemblies using CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD) for manufacturing and prototyping.
Conduct DFMEA, tolerance stack-up analysis, and root-cause failure investigations to optimize product reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Suppliers) to translate design intent into manufacturable, cost-effective solutions.
Lead material selection, prototype testing, and validation against thermal, structural,

and fatigue performance criteria.
Support production ramp-up by resolving assembly line issues, creating work instructions, and conducting PFMEA studies.
Document engineering changes, maintain BOMs, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards.
