Job Summary
Tesla Medical Center, Chalakudy, is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate fresher Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing care and support to patients.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Administer medications as prescribed by the treating doctor, following established protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices.
Assist in preparing and maintaining nursing equipment and clinical areas.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Follow hospital policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards.
Educational Qualification
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
Valid nursing registration as applicable.
Skills Required
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate attitude and a patient-friendly approach.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
