Job Title: Telecaller

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
Contact customers to promote interior design, furniture, office furniture, and steel fabrication products.
Follow up with existing customers regarding quotations, orders, and business enquiries.
Explain company products and services to customers over the phone.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills in Hindi, Odia, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge,



including MS Excel and data entry.
Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Ability to maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
Freshers can also apply.

Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.

Salary

Negotiable based on skills and experience.
