Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare accurate job cards.
Explain technical issues, repair recommendations, estimated costs and delivery timelines to customers.
Coordinate with workshop technicians and the service team to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and communicate updates regarding vehicle status.
Monitor repair progress and ensure vehicles are delivered within the committed timeline.
Ensure accurate documentation, billing coordination and vehicle handover.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
Achieve customer satisfaction,



service revenue and other assigned performance targets.
Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz service processes, quality standards and safety procedures.
