Job Responsibilities
Client Visits: Visit clients regularly to maintain good relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Client Issue Resolution: Understand client problems and coordinate with the concerned departments or technicians for timely resolution.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with branch heads, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Payment Collection: Follow up with clients for pending payments and ensure timely collection.
Bill Submission: Submit invoices, service bills, and other required documents to clients on time.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up on service complaints, pending work, payments, and client requirements.
Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports and provide updates on client meetings, collections,
and issue resolution to the reporting manager.
Documentation: Maintain proper records of client visits, payment receipts, bill submissions, and other field activities.
Required Skills

Ability to resolve client issues professionally.
Basic knowledge of documentation, billing, and payment collection.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
