Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Gold Loan NBFCs.
Achieve Gold Loan business targets including disbursement, portfolio growth, renewals and profitability across the assigned branches.
Monitor branch performance through regular reviews of business, outstanding portfolio, collections, overdue and other key KPIs.
Guide and motivate Branch Managers and teams in customer acquisition, sales, business development and portfolio expansion.
Ensure NPA and overdue control through regular follow-up, recovery planning and timely corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Gold Loan policies and RBI guidelines, including KYC, LTV, gold valuation, documentation, sanction and disbursement procedures.
Conduct regular branch visits and audits,



identify operational gaps and ensure proper maintenance of gold security, vault and other controls.
Coordinate with Head Office departments such as Operations, Credit, Audit, Recovery, HR and Finance for smooth branch functioning and issue resolution.
Prepare and submit branch-wise performance reports and action plans to the Regional/Business Head and support recent business initiatives and branch expansion.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
