Job summary

Pinakin is a growing IT services company that supports a US higher-education client with systems, network, security and application administration. We are hiring three freshers to join our office team as IT Infrastructure Trainees.

You will start with a structured 6-month training program run by our senior engineers. You will learn in a lab, earn certifications, and work on real support tickets. Trainees who perform well will be offered a full-time role and move onto live client work for a US institution.

Training tracks

We are hiring one trainee for each track. Tell us in your application which interests you most.
Systems (Windows and Linux): Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Linux administration, patching and backups.
Network and Security: Switching and routing, firewalls, VPN, monitoring and basic security operations.

What you will do
Build and manage servers, networks and users in our training lab
Learn monitoring, ticketing and change-management practices used with US clients
Write runbooks and documentation for common tasks
Shadow senior engineers and resolve routine support tickets under guidance




Prepare for certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft AZ-900, CCNA or RHCSA

What we are looking for
B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT/CS) or diploma in a related field (2024–2026 graduates welcome)
Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking (IP, DNS, DHCP) or databases
Positive written and spoken English for working with US clients
Willingness to learn, take ownership and work from our office every day
Flexibility to support US business hours when needed after training

Valuable to have: a home lab, an entry-level certification (CCNA, A+, AZ-900, RHCSA), or hands-on projects you can show us.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
