Job Overview

B2B Campus is looking for a skilled and experienced Truck Dispatch Trainer with hands-on knowledge of US trucking operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing practical training, guiding aspiring dispatchers, and preparing them for real-world dispatching responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Train candidates in US truck dispatching operations and procedures.
Provide practical guidance on load booking, broker communication, and rate negotiation.
Explain load boards, carrier coordination, and daily dispatch operations.
Help trainees develop industry-relevant skills through practical learning.
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements




1–5 years of experience in US truck dispatching or dispatch training.
Robust knowledge of US trucking operations and load boards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver effective, practical training sessions.
Must be willing to work on-site in Bathinda, Punjab.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Location Preference

Candidates based in Bathinda or willing to relocate or commute daily are encouraged to apply.
