The role involves supervising café staff, monitoring sales, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities – Café In-Charge
Manage daily café operations.
Supervise café staff and allocate duties.
Ensure food and beverage quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ensure positive customer service and handle complaints.
Monitor stock and maintain inventory.
Check expiry dates and follow FIFO practices.
Monitor daily sales, billing, and cash handling.
Control food wastage and operating costs.
Ensure proper food storage and safety.
Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
Coordinate with suppliers for stock requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
