We are looking for a confident, polite, and result-oriented Telecaller with excellent communication skills. Candidates with prior experience in immigration calling will be highly preferred. The candidate should be capable of handling client inquiries related to tourist visas, study visas, and other visa services, and converting inquiries into clients through effective communication and proper guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming client inquiries related to tourist visas, study visas, and other immigration services.
Make outbound calls to follow up with potential clients and generate business.
Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and available services to clients.
Convince and guide potential clients professionally to convert inquiries into confirmed clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to improve conversion rates.
Provide accurate information and ensure there are no false promises or misleading commitments.
Maintain client records and update inquiry and follow-up status.
Achieve assigned calling targets and conversion goals to earn performance-based incentives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in telecalling or immigration calling will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Polite, skilled, and persuasive communication style.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to convert potential inquiries into clients.
Valuable listening skills and a client-focused approach.
Honest, responsible, and target-oriented attitude.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
