Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the MEP BIM/CAD team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Develop and implement standards, protocols, and best practices.
Coordinate project workflows with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in modeling and ensure that all project models are up to date and consistent.
Facilitate communication between BIM teams, architects, engineers, and project managers to streamline the coordination of design and construction information.
Represent the company in online client meetings, providing BIM expertise to resolve any modeling or coordination issues.
Develop and maintain BIM content libraries and templates.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on BIM software and workflows.
Stay updated on industry trends, software, and technologies.





Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience working in a BIM-related role, preferably in construction, engineering,or architecture.
1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Expert-level knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Fabrication CADMep etc.
Solid understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and modeling.
Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
