Senior Technical Recruiter / Senior Candidate Consultant

Location: Bangalore | Experience: 3–10 years

Freedom Consulting is looking for a technically robust recruiter to drive technology staffing across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of the AI capabilities and talent needs within these ecosystems.

Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and technical screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Identify specialist talent across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, integrations and AI.
Recruit for emerging roles involving SAP Business AI/Joule, Microsoft Copilot and Salesforce Agentforce.
Build robust candidate relationships and talent pipelines for opportunities across APAC.

What we’re looking for




3–10 years of technology recruitment experience, with strong exposure to ERP and enterprise application contract staffing.
Ability to assess technical skills, distinguish specialist roles and understand AI-related requirements beyond keywords.
Robust sourcing, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
