Role Description The Production Staff role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting daily production operations, including assisting with machine setup, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor. Responsibilities include following production schedules, adhering to safety and quality standards, documenting production data, and reporting issues or deviations to supervisors. Production Staff will coordinate with team members and supervisors to maintain consistent output, assist with basic equipment checks, and participate in continuous improvement activities.



The role may also involve learning new processes, supporting training initiatives, and helping maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and basic Production Management to support scheduling and workflow coordination.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors, technicians, and team members.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to help ensure that products meet established standards and specifications.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn recent procedures and support onboarding of new team members.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, machinery operation, or industrial production is beneficial.
Knowledge of safety practices, basic mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail are preferred.
A technical diploma, vocational certification, or equivalent experience in a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and follow standard operating procedures is required.
