We are hiring an experienced Telecalling Executive for lead generation, customer follow-up and business support.

Job Responsibilities:
Call interested customers and explain available services/products
Regular follow-up with leads and convert them into successful applications/orders
Coordinate with customers, field team and business partners
Maintain calling data, lead status and daily reports
Re-activate old leads/customers through follow-up calls and WhatsApp
Work on multiple calling campaigns as per business requirement

Candidate Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation or customer follow-up
Experience in banking, loans, credit cards, insurance, fintech,



B2B sales or service-based companies preferred
Positive Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred
Comfortable with target-based calling and daily reporting
Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM and WhatsApp follow-up
Solid follow-up and convincing skills

Salary: Negotiable as per experience and performance + incentives
Job Type: Full time | Office-based | Indore

Candidates with prior telecalling/telesales experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
