Engineering Execution & Technical Governance
Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams of Electrical and Mechanical, System control Engineering
Define engineering standards, design guidelines, and review mechanisms.
Own design reviews, technical risk management, and design trade-off decisions.
Own system-level validation strategies and test coverage.
Manufacturing, Quality & Field Reliability
Partner with manufacturing for NPI, ramp-up, and yield improvement.
Lead field failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
Drive reliability engineering and accelerated life testing.
Enable localization and second-source strategies with supply chain.
Business, Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as technical interface in customer interactions, RFQs, and pre-sales.
Align product strategy with market needs, cost targets, and revenue goals.
Mentor senior technical leaders and build long-term engineering capability.
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Service teams.
