Welcome patients, accurately capture demographic details, and register them in the Hospital Information System.
Monitor and coordinate the flow of patients into doctor consultation rooms to minimize waiting times.
Generate and manage OPD consultation tokens, ensuring priority is given to senior citizens, emergency cases, or infants.
Process payments for doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, health check-up packages, and pharmacy prescriptions.
Manage the daily cash drawer, reconcile cash/card/digital payments, and hand over accurate accounts at the end of the shift.
Book, reschedule, or cancel doctor appointments via walk-ins, phone calls, or online booking portals.
Answer patient and visitor queries regarding doctor availability, hospital services, tariffs, and room locations.
Liaise with doctors and nursing staff regarding schedule delays, leaves, or emergency cancellations.
Ensure accurate physical or digital filing of OPD case sheets and consent forms.
Gather patient feedback forms and escalate grievances or service bottlenecks to the OPD Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
