About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with offer and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Work closely with the HR and hiring teams to achieve hiring targets.

Skill(s) required
Effective Communication English, Proficiency (Spoken), Interpersonal skills,
MS-Excel, Recruitment.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:
are available for full time (in-office) internship
can start the internship between 19th Oct'26 and 23rd Nov'26




are available for duration of 6 months
have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
Fresher in HR or 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR.
MBA freshers or fresh graduates specialized in HR.
HR specialization is preferred but not mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Interested in recruitment and interacting with people.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable with the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 13,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 2,500 /month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
