Role Description This is a full time, Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients in the sector. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable product and service solutions, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms. The role also involves coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals, timely delivery,



and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will maintain detailed records of sales activities, achieve assigned targets, and provide regular reports and feedback to management.

Qualifications
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clear value propositions for customers.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both in-person and via phone or email.
Solid organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills to handle multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
Comfort with basic computer and office software tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems).
Minimum 1 year experience in sales with construction, elevator, or related sectors is an advantage.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, visit client locations as needed, and adapt to a dynamic market workplace.
