Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Vijayawada East. The Assistant Manager will support daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to company processes and policies. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records to ensure product availability and proper stock management. The Assistant Manager will oversee customer service standards, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.



The position also includes assisting with sales targets, reporting key performance metrics to management, and supporting training and development of team members.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in team supervision, staff coordination, and day-to-day store operations management.
Ability to manage inventory, track stock levels, and work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Solid customer service orientation with experience resolving concerns and maintaining high service standards.
Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with retail management or POS systems is an advantage.
Prior experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment is preferred.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
