We are looking for a courteous, organised and proactive Receptionist & Telecalling Executive to handle patient enquiries, appointment bookings and front-desk operations. The role combines patient assistance at the centre with regular inbound and outbound calling to follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Appointment Management
Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries about MRI, CT scans, pathology and other services.
Make outbound calls to prospective patients, follow up on pending enquiries and help patients book appointments.
Explain services, prices, packages and availability accurately and professionally.
Confirm appointments, send reminders and follow up on missed or rescheduled visits.
Share preparation instructions approved by the clinical team and refer medical questions to qualified staff.
Maintain updated records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups and bookings in the centre’s software or CRM.

Reception & Patient Coordination
Welcome patients and attendants and guide them through registration, billing and the testing process.
Enter and verify patient details, prescriptions and appointment information accurately.
Coordinate with technicians,



doctors and other departments to manage patient flow and minimise waiting time.
Process bills, collect payments, issue receipts and maintain accurate collection records.
Coordinate timely report delivery and respond to report-status enquiries.
Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain patient confidentiality and keep the reception area organised.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Explicit communication in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
Valuable telephone etiquette, listening skills and a patient-focused approach.
Basic computer proficiency, accurate data entry and familiarity with appointment or CRM software.
Ability to manage calls and front-desk responsibilities in a busy workplace.
Previous experience in reception, telecalling, customer service or patient coordination is preferred. Experience in a diagnostic centre or hospital is an advantage.
Willingness to work assigned shifts and weekends as per the centre’s roster

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
