Role Description The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant at The Fern an Ecotel hotel Kota, ensuring smooth service, high food and beverage standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This full-time, on-site role in Kota includes managing staff scheduling, supervising service teams, monitoring food quality, and ensuring consistency in guest experience. The manager will handle customer feedback, resolve service issues promptly, and maintain a solid focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen and hotel management, monitoring inventory, controlling costs, and upholding hygiene,



safety, and brand standards. The role also involves training team members, supporting hiring for restaurant positions, and contributing to promotions or special events to enhance revenue and guest engagement.

Qualifications
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Experience with Hiring and team supervision, including training, scheduling, and performance management in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with service staff, kitchen teams, and hotel management, and for engaging professionally with guests.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service standards, hygiene practices, and basic cost control.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar supervisory role in hospitality is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in hotel operations.
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems is beneficial.
