Education Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals regarding higher education and PhD admission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals regarding PhD and higher education programs.
Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and requirements.
Explain course details, admission process, eligibility, fees, university options, and available programs.
Handle leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Convert genuine enquiries into successful admissions.
Maintain lead and candidate records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve counselling and admission targets.




Provide accurate information and excellent support throughout the admission process.

Requirements:
Good communication and counselling skills.
Hindi and English communication is preferred.
Experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales, or admissions will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
