Role Description This is a full-time, in office Occupational Therapist role based in Gorakhpur. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily activities. Responsibilities include providing rehabilitation services, documenting clinical progress, and collaborating with medical professionals, caregivers, and educators. The role involves working with pediatric and adult populations, educating families on home-based exercises and strategies, and participating in case reviews and team meetings.



The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to program development and ensure care aligns with current clinical guidelines and standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention delivery.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine relevant to therapeutic practice and clinical decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates should possess competencies in Pediatrics for assessing and treating children with developmental or functional challenges.
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid registration or license to practice Occupational Therapy as required by local regulations.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage caseloads efficiently.
Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse patient populations.
Experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
