Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution: Interpret architectural and civil blueprints, structural drawings, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and technical specifications.
Site & Team Coordination: Assign daily tasks to site engineers and trade contractors; manage labor, material, and equipment allocation.
Progress & Schedule Tracking: Monitor project milestones using tools like MS Project or Primavera P6 to ensure the civil work-stream stays on schedule.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to verify work adheres to engineering standards, building codes (such as IS or local codes), and design philosophies.
Safety & HSE: Enforce site safety rules, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and compliance with company Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) policies.
Cost & Material Control: Calculate material quantities (concrete, steel, earthwork), track daily consumption, and assist in verifying subcontractor measurements and bills.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per month
