Role Description This is a full time, on-site Construction Supervisor role based in Mumbai. The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that construction work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. The role includes monitoring progress, conducting site inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and resolving on-site issues in a timely manner. The Construction Supervisor will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to report on project status, manage resources, and support adherence to timelines and budgets.



The role also involves maintaining transparent documentation, communicating instructions and updates to the site team, and supporting compliance with local regulations and company policies.
