Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Amritsar. The Lawyer will handle case preparation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, petitions, contracts, and other legal documents. Daily responsibilities include appearing before courts and tribunals, attending client meetings, advising on legal strategy, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves reviewing documents for compliance, assessing risks, and maintaining accurate case files and records. The Lawyer is expected to manage multiple matters simultaneously, meet deadlines,



and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and practice development.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations.
Candidates should possess drafting skills for pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and other professional documentation.
Candidates should possess advocacy and litigation skills, including court appearance experience, case presentation, and argumentation abilities.
Candidates should possess client-facing skills, such as clear communication, qualified conduct, and the ability to explain complex legal concepts in straightforward terms.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, maintain documentation, and meet procedural deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council and eligibility to practice law in India.
Prior experience in litigation or law firm practice in civil, criminal, or commercial matters is preferred.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and local languages, along with familiarity with court procedures and legal drafting formats.
