Monitor & Prepare Incentive Structures – Ensure accuracy of company incentive data, monitor trends, and provide timely updates to management.
Regularize Incentive Policies – Maintain and Streamline incentive policies, prepare recent joiners incentive Slabs, share amendments and updates promptly with management.
Conduct Internal Audits – Perform periodic audits across various departments to ensure compliance, transparency, and process efficiency.
Data Reporting & Analysis – Prepare structured MIS reports highlighting incentive trends, audit findings, and performance metrics.

Compliance & Documentation – Maintain proper records of incentive policies, audit reports, and amendments for internal and external review

MINIMUM 4 YRS WORKING IN DATA ANALYSIS/BUSSINESS ANALYST, AUDIT PROFILE

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
