Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a pipeline of companies near the clinic, particularly mid-sized and large organisations.
Reach out to HR Heads, HR Business Partners, Admin Heads, Employee Wellness and Perks teams and secure meetings.
Present Sentra Clinic's corporate healthcare proposition and negotiate corporate tie-ups.
Develop partnerships offering employees preferential consultation rates, eye-health packages and other agreed perks.
Drive awareness within partner organisations through employee communication, emailers, internal campaigns, webinars or eye-health initiatives.
Generate qualified consultations and ensure a smooth handover of leads/patients to the Sentra Clinic team.
Maintain strong relationships with HR and corporate partners and drive repeat engagement.
Maintain a CRM/pipeline of prospects, meetings, proposals, conversions and consultation volumes.
Track weekly and monthly business-development targets and report progress to the founders/management.





What We Are Looking For
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, partnerships or healthcare sales.
Experience selling to HR / Admin / Employee Benefits / Corporate Wellness teams will be strongly preferred.
Strong track record of personally generating leads and closing corporate accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach and frequent face-to-face meetings with corporates.
High energy, persistence and solid follow-through — this is a field-oriented sales role.
Ability to work independently without a large support team.
Good commercial sense and ability to understand and communicate a healthcare proposition clearly.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
