Role Description The Junior Executive (Specialised Agri Input) will support day-to-day operations related to agricultural input projects and services. This full-time, on-site role in Nagpur involves coordinating with senior team members, vendors, and clients to ensure timely execution of project activities. Responsibilities may include collecting and organizing field data, assisting in the evaluation and documentation of agri inputs, preparing basic reports and presentations, and supporting implementation of project plans. The role also includes maintaining records,



following standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality and safety guidelines. The Junior Executive will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements in agri input-related assignments.

Qualifications
Valuable understanding or academic background in agriculture, agribusiness, agricultural engineering, or a related technical field.
Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data, with basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
Willingness to work on-site in Nagpur and, when required, undertake local field visits.
Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage time and tasks independently.
Prior internship or project experience in agri inputs, farm advisory, or related domains is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline preferred.
