About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Director – PR to lead client servicing, develop strategic communication campaigns, and drive media relations across key industry verticals. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent media networking capabilities, and experience managing client relationships and leading PR teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage key client accounts, ensuring robust client relationships and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and execute strategic PR and communication plans aligned with client objectives.
Drive media relations, including building relationships with journalists, editors, and key media stakeholders.
Oversee media outreach, press releases, interviews, press conferences, and other communication initiatives.




Provide strategic counsel to clients on brand positioning, reputation management, and communication strategies.
Manage and mentor account teams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and campaign objectives.
Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and recent business development.
Monitor media coverage, campaign performance, and industry trends to provide actionable insights.
Manage account budgets, resource allocation, and overall profitability.

Requirements
9–12 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably with a PR agency.
Strong experience in client servicing, account management, and strategic communication.
