Role Description The Solid CAM Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hisar. The Solid CAM Engineer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CAM programs for CNC machines using CAD and related tools, ensuring accurate machining of steel components. Daily tasks include interpreting engineering drawings, preparing tool paths, validating machining sequences, and coordinating with production and quality teams to meet design specifications and efficiency targets. The role involves reviewing and improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting machining issues, and maintaining documentation for designs and programs.



The Solid CAM Engineer will collaborate with mechanical and process engineers to support continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and product quality.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Physical Design, with the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and Solid CAM or equivalent CAM software for CNC programming and tool path generation.
Experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) concepts and familiarity with Cadence or similar design environments where applicable.
Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Practical experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment, preferably in metal or steel components.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in design and programming.
Ability to work on-site in Hisar, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks independently.
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and machining processes; familiarity with safety and quality standards.
